Registration for Participants

In Person: Registration that is processed within the first 30 minutes before the starting time of each class must be completed at the computers on NUNM campus with VISA or MasterCard, OR a $15 processing fee will be added to any checks received at starting of class. However, space may be limited so advance registration is encouraged.

Payment options for participants: Cash, check, Visa*, MasterCard* (* accepted online). Registration is encouraged to be completed 24 hours prior to the start of class.

Returned checks for participants: A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Refund Policy for Participants

  1. Participants cancelling their registration for a conference or event more than seven business days in advance will receive a 100% refund minus a $15 processing fee. Participants cancelling their registration less than seven business days in advance will receive a 50% refund, and those cancelling their registration less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 25% refund.
  2. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process and will be credited to the account used for the purchase whenever possible.
  3. The university assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred by a participant expecting registration for a conference or event, other than for tuition.

Event Cancellation

If minimum enrollment levels for a given conference or event are not met, the event will be cancelled. Participants will be notified in advance by phone or email and a full refund will be issued. No processing fee will apply. It is the participant’s responsibility to keep all contact information up to date with the CE department.

Credit/Transfer Policy

CE conferences or events are not transferable as elective or academic credit.

Parking

Parking is free in both NUNM parking lots on weekdays after 6:00 p.m. and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Street parking is also available around the university for two-hour time limits. NUNM is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Special Accommodations

If you need special accommodations, please notify the NUNM CE department at least two weeks before an event to ensure that appropriate arrangements can be made.

NUNM Accreditation
