2019 SIBO Symposium

March 16-17, 2019 | NUNM Campus

The 2019 Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) symposium will offer 2 professional tracks: Underlying Causes and Nutritional Therapies. We welcome healthcare practitioners, medical and nutrition students, and the general public to attend! This symposium is in partnership with NUNM’s SIBO Center and Steven Sandberg-Lewis, ND and Kristy Regan, MScN. Read more about each track below.

Underlying Causes Track:

Join us as we continue last year’s theme by exploring more underlying causes of SIBO. Our expert presenters will provide clinical strategies for preventing post-treatment relapse in your patients and explain how to diagnose and either treat or make educated referrals to effectively manage the underlying causes of bacterial overgrowth.

Nutritional Therapies Track:

Join our expert presenters to learn about nutritional therapies for yourself and/or your patients. Our presenters are doctors, nutritionists, health coaches and authors who support people with SIBO. Some have also experienced SIBO firsthand, and will share their own experiences. Topics will cover SIBO Diets, SIBO Symptom Mitigation, SIBO & Histamine Intolerance, Cooking for SIBO, Elemental Diet and more!
