  I'm a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), Hypnotherapist, and Executive Coach who has been a practicing physician for over 15 years. My practice centralizes women and femmes of color. I use my holistic, trauma-informed clinical background, rich cultural heritage, and lived experiences to help people untether from self-sacrifice, generational cycles of harm, and scarcity. My mission is to help conscious change-makers centralize their joy, heart-led values, and thriving and unite them with other purpose-led leaders so we can uplift the entire collective together.
