Aegis Insurance Associates Plan and Pitch Contest

Thanks to Aegis Insurance, students and alumni have a chance to plan for their career, pitch their future, and win big. $5,000 in prizes! Enter your career plan (with resume, CV) or business plan for a chance to win up to $1,000 in cash or scholarship (for continuing students).

The top four entries in each category will be invited to pitch their business or career on April 28 and compete for a prize. This 20-page form contains the application, professional liability action detail, and glossary of terms and acronyms needed to credential and precedential practitioners in the state of Oregon. It is the universal application for health plans and hospitals in Oregon.

 

Advanced Billing: Dealing with Denials

This workshop will allow individuals with basic billing and coding knowledge to understand a provider’s rights, responsibilities and options in dealing with insurance claims that have been denied.
