NUNM offers facilities for private retreats, association meetings, workshops and conferences. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for pricing and images.
How to apply – If you are interested in presenting a continuing education lecture or renting space for a meeting, please submit your request to ce@nunm.edu listing likely dates, event description, room rental choices and contact information.
Our priorities must go to current programing and to events which reflect the quality our school supports. We will contact you as soon as we can to discuss.

Services
Hours of operation are for Fall, Winter and Spring terms only. Summer term and in-between-terms hours may vary. Weekday availability is typically limited to evenings after 5 p.m., and room reservations are subject to change depending on the academic course schedule.
- Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Friday: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. –5 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
Please note that events scheduled outside of normal operating hours will pay $50 an hour for security. This will be added into your room rental agreement if this fee is needed.
Events held at NUNM include:
- Campus-wide WiFi
- Min Zidell medicinal herb garden where you may wander or meditate
- A variety of meeting rooms to fit your needs
- Free weekend parking
- Closely located to downtown Portland and accessible by TriMet.

Standard Room
Rental Fee: $65 per hour, $500 per 8 hours | Specs: Up to 50 people, desk seating, podium, and screen with ability to hook into laptop
Lecture Hall RM 107
Rental Fee: $160 per hour, $1,250 per 8 hours | Specs: 120 people, two projectors and screens, smart podium with computer, and microphone
Mitchell Hall RM 310
Rental fee: $200 per hour, $1,500 per 8 hours | Specs: 150 people, two projectors and screens, podium with computer, and microphone. (Pipe and Drape available for an additional fee)
