  Inez Coppola, LAc is dedicated to guiding people along their path to optimum health, self empowerment and joyfulness. Inez's warm, caring demeanor and her desire to connect with her patients allows her to build nurturing relationships with her patients. She believes that physical ailments often stem from emotional and/or spiritual imbalances. Therefore addressing the emotional and spiritual roots of physical issues, as well as addressing them directly in the body, are important elements in Inez's treatment style. During a session Inez stays very attuned to the needs of her patients, adding to the feeling of safety and comfort. Inez combines elements of acupuncture, energy work (reiki, cranial therapy and qigong), body work (tuina and shiatsu) and herbal therapies during a healing session. Inez's focus is on, but not limited to, emotional imbalances including depression, trauma, sexual abuse and PTSD.
