  I offer acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine services infused with my unique background of skills as a nurse, natural health provider, and astrologer. As a practitioner, I will work deeply with you, providing patient-centered care and structuring a plan tailored to your wellbeing. My approach to medicine is holistic and spiritually inspired, enlivening your body to its own healing potential. I address physical issues, while delving deeper into releasing stuck emotional and energetic layers and patterns living in the body’s tissues. I do this by tuning into both you and the messages of your body, and choosing the treatment to best help. Through my presence and awareness, I seek to enhance your connection with yourself and bring you more deeply into your body. Understanding that everyone’s journey is different, we will work together to create the space and pace that’s right for you, while holding the vision of your best self. The main modalities I use are acupuncture, including gentle and non-needle techniques, and Chinese herbal medicine. I may also incorporate cupping, gui-sha, moxabustion, essential oils and sound and energy medicine into treatment. Additionally, there is an option to look into your astrology chart as I find this approach can provide useful information for you and your treatment. I welcome anyone, whether for continued wellness or a specific complaint, including: Anxiety, Depression, Digestive issues, Acute/chronic Pain, Grief and Loss transitions and Emotional/Trauma Healing.
