  Retiring naturopath has a 26-year, very successful physical medicine practice for sale using manipulation, manual therapy, and ultrasound focusing on workers compensation insurance injuries(80%), no-fault insurance(10%), slip and fall insurance(5%)and cash(5%). Practice is 3 days, 20 hr/week grossing $150,000, netting $100,000 per year. Practice is leased with a chiropractor. Rent is free as other practitioners rent space(4 chiropractors, 1 naturopath, 1 PT, 5 massaqe therapists, 1 MD-Ortho/pain management). Staff is 1 independent contractor secretary.
